Tone of voice: thoughtful, forward-thinking, fun
This is a cause that I personally care deeply about and a book that has tremendously influenced my way of thinking. I was hoping to use the campaign to bring the idea of solving climate change in daily life to more people.
The book was written in a way that was very easy to digest with step-by-step guide and quantifiable outcomes to break down an issue that seems very daunting and overwhelming to many people. This is why I kept the illustration simple, relatable, and approachable to catch the general audience’s attention and feed them with quick actions that they can take on a daily basis. It's something we all can do, and we all have to do because we don't have much time left.
The hand-drawn organic colour blocks at the back of the images are to add more positivity to the message that although this is a difficult issue, we can still have hope and the problem is solvable as long as we stand by each other and work our ways together.

Behind-the-Scenes
I've been obsessed with illustration and environmental issues since young and this project is a perfect combination where I can use my design skills to advocate for a cause that I personally care deeply about.

I want to make my work life-changing. I hope the audience can really learn something from my design and it’s bringing positive impact to the viewers and the planet that we all live in.
